Departure Procedures: If you purchased your reservation at this website, it is not necessary to call us to reconfirm your pickup time. Our driver will be dispatched to pick you up at the time designated on this confirmation.
If you need to make changes to an existing reservation or you require additional assistance, please call 1-212-812-9000.
Arrival Procedures: We offer curbside pickups. Once you have collected your luggage, you will get a call or a text connecting you with your driver. If you don’t receive one by the time you get your luggage, you can call our dispatch team at 212-434-0400 and they will connect you with your driver.
Departure Procedures: Your transfer is confirmed. It is not necessary to re-confirm unless you need assistance. For assistance or to change pickup time, call 1-212-434-0400 and provide your reservation number to the agent. To facilitate service, advise the Hotel Concierge/Doorman that you are waiting for a pick-up.
